About the Book:

Baby Love

She is the Chief Washington correspondent for MSNBC and contributing correspondent to The Today Show. He is an acclaimed chef and owner of five restaurants in Washington, DC.

Even with three babies of their own and incredibly demanding careers, Norah O’Donnell and Geoff Tracy have found a great way to make sure their kids eat the most nutrient-rich and delicious foods, without spending hours in the kitchen, and for much less than the cost of jarred baby food. They share these incredibly simple and delicious recipes in Baby Love, the must-have cookbook for parents who want to feed their babies wholesome, delicious foods, save money and go easy on the environment.

Starting out with kitchen basics, selecting good ingredients, and getting ready to cook, Baby Love includes chapters on fruits, veggies, and proteins/legumes/grains, with recipes (each with a recommended age) including: Strawberry and Fig Puree, Baby Guacamole, Orzo and Cheese “mac’n’ cheese” and Norah’s Brain Booster Zucchini Muffins.

Baby Love teaches young parents how easy and important it is to create fresh, nutritious, and delicious food for their children, and in doing so, to create a foundation for nutritious eating throughout their lives.
