Quincey Gamble Quincey Gamble has over a decade of experience in progressive politics and union organizing. His past positions include Managing Director for Rock the Vote; Political Director for SEIU 1199, Executive Director of the Maryland Democratic Party and National Political Director for Voter Protection at the Democratic National Committee. He most recently served as Executive Director of OneBaltimore, a public-private partnership formed to address the systemic problems which plague Baltimore and to help shape and support efforts to rebuild Baltimore communities and neighborhoods.

Quincey has served on four presidential campaigns: Governor Howard Dean, Senator John Kerry, President Barack Obama and Secretary Hillary Clinton.

Additionally, he has served as a campaign advisor to many elected officials including Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, Governor Martin O’Malley, Lieutenant Governor Anthony Brown and other local, state and federal elected officials.

He is currently President of Modern Advocacy, a technology start-up designed to effectively bridge the gap between citizens, voters, activists and the decision makers who shape our lives.

Quincey holds degrees from Florida International University, Georgia State University and the University of South Carolina School of Law.
