Charm City Circulator - The Charm City Circulator (CCC), a free public transportation service that travels two routes in Baltimore City, is a fast, friendly, and FREE way to get around town during the Baltimore Book Festival. Two routes are currently operating: the Orange Route and the Purple Route.
The Orange Route runs along Pratt and Lombard streets between Hollins Market/UMB Biopark and Harbor East, and the Purple Route connects Penn Station to Mount Vernon, Downtown, and Federal Hill along Charles and St. Paul/Light streets.
