The Baltimore Book Festival features hundreds of author appearances and book signings, 100+ exhibitors and booksellers, non-stop readings on multiple stages, cooking demos by celebrity chefs, poetry readings and workshops, panel discussions, walking tours, storytellers and hands-on projects for kids, street theater, live music, and a delicious variety of food, beer and wine.

This pop-up lunch market takes place in McKeldin Square and features local vendors and food trucks such as Dooby’s, BricknFire Pizza Co., The Smoking Swine and The Charmery. Friday, 11AM-3PM

Erin Hagar, Julia Child: An Extraordinary Life in Words and Pictures

Erin Hagar, fiction and nonfiction writer for children and teens, presents from her illustrated by Joanna Gorham biography of Julia Child. Saturday, 11AM at Enoch Pratt Free Library Children’s Stage.
